Getting around
Bukit Jalil is in the south of Kuala Lumpur, on the LRT Sri Petaling line. APU's campus is in Technology Park Malaysia, close to the Bukit Jalil town centre. APU runs residences on campus and manages apartments nearby, so most first-year students live within a short ride of class.
Halal food and mosques
Halal food is easy to find on campus and in Bukit Jalil's shops and food courts. There are mosques and prayer rooms across the district; TJS can tell you the nearest one to your residence.
Before you book
APU publishes prices for three kinds of housing: its on-campus residence, its satellite residence at Technology Park Malaysia, and APU-managed apartments off campus. APU's guide to living costs (RM 1,600–2,000 a month) does not say whether rent is included, so plan your budget as if it is not.
