Getting around

Shah Alam is the capital of Selangor, west of Kuala Lumpur. HELP University's Subang Bestari campus is in the Shah Alam area. The KTM Komuter's Port Klang line runs through Shah Alam, and buses and ride-hailing apps cover the rest.

Halal food and mosques

Shah Alam is home to the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, one of the largest in the country, and halal food is the norm across the city.
