In short: we start with career counselling, recommend courses that fit your goals and budget, and match you to universities you can realistically reach. We then prepare your application and EMGS visa file, brief you before you travel, and, with TJS Studysteps, settle you in after you arrive. Admission and visa usually take six to ten weeks.
Why we start with counselling
Many students choose a degree without proper guidance, and only later discover that the field matches neither their interests nor the job market. Good counselling makes sure of four things:
- the right field for you
- a qualification that is recognised internationally
- financial and visa readiness
- a career that will last
Admission and visa, step by step
- Choose your programme with your counsellor.
- Submit your academic documents, attested by your country's education authority and foreign ministry.
- Receive your offer letter from the university.
- Apply for your student visa through EMGS and receive your Visa Approval Letter (VAL).
- Travel to Malaysia, complete your medical screening and receive your Student Pass.
From Pakistan: academic documents are attested by IBCC or HEC, and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Documents from Pakistan
The whole process usually takes six to ten weeks, depending on the university, the intake and EMGS processing times. See the document checklist for everything you will need.

Post-arrival support is delivered with our partner in Malaysia, TJS Studysteps:
- Airport pickup

- Orientation and a first-week introduction to the city
- A 24/7 emergency support line
What we never do
We never promise an admission, a scholarship or a visa. No honest consultancy can. We assess your profile carefully, recommend options you can realistically reach, and prepare your application and visa file thoroughly.
