In short: Career Gliders helps students worldwide study at Malaysia's public and private universities and international branch campuses. It is a programme of 12Nexus, run in Malaysia with our partner TJS Studysteps. There is no consultancy fee for private universities, and a USD 500 consultation fee for public universities.

Career Gliders is a career guidance and education consultancy. We guide each student from choosing the right course to starting their studies in Malaysia, and we stay with them until they have settled in.
We focus only on Malaysia. We believe it offers international students the best balance of quality education, affordability, safety and opportunity, and our team specialises in Malaysian higher education.
Our founders are science communicators and education advocates. We combine modern digital tools and AI-based counselling with one-to-one advice, so that the decision is simpler for the student and for the family. The AI supports a conversation with an experienced counsellor; it never replaces one.

How the programme works
Career Gliders is a joint programme of two organisations:
- 12Nexus runs Career Gliders and builds its technology, including the AI pathway and the platform.
- TJS Studysteps, a registered education support organisation in Malaysia, handles operations there: admissions, arrival and accommodation.
We have offices in Pakistan and Malaysia, and we counsel students online wherever they are. Students receive the same care after they land as they did during counselling at home.

What it costs you
- Private universities: there is no consultancy fee for admission.
- Public universities: a consultation fee of USD 500 applies, because their documentation and procedures take more work. It is paid to the partner named in your agreement.
Tuition, visa and living costs are paid to the university and the relevant authorities, and we share every one of them with you before you decide. Career Gliders takes no payments, and no fee is ever paid to an individual. Refunds follow the university's or the partner's own policy, which you receive with your agreement.

- Career Gliders takes no payments. Fees are paid to the university or to the partner named in your agreement, never to an individual.
