Our guidance is honest and careful, but the decisions belong to universities, EMGS and the immigration authorities, so we can never guarantee admission, a visa or a scholarship. There is no consultancy fee for private universities and a USD 500 fee for public universities. Pakistani law governs these terms.

This website, careergliders.com, is run by Career Gliders, a programme operated by 12Nexus, registered office H# 19-C, St. 7, Block E, Soan Gardens, Islamabad, Pakistan. TJS Studysteps is our operations partner in Malaysia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
We guide students from anywhere in the world into Malaysian universities: choosing a course, applying, the student visa (EMGS), scholarships, and arrival and settling in. We work only on study in Malaysia.
What we can't promise
- Admission is decided by each university.
- Student visas are decided by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and the Malaysian immigration authorities.
- Scholarships are decided by the bodies that award them.
- Credit transfer to another country is decided by the receiving university.
We prepare your application carefully and tell you honestly what is realistic, but we cannot guarantee any of these outcomes. Fees and costs on this site are approximate. See the Disclaimer.
Fees
- Private universities: there is no consultancy fee.
- Public universities: a consultation fee of USD 500 applies, because their documentation and procedures take more work. We tell you about it before you decide to apply.
Career Gliders takes no payments. Tuition, application fees, the consultation fee, EMGS fees, insurance and accommodation are paid to the university, to the partner named in your agreement, or to the organisation concerned, never to an individual. Their own refund policies apply, and you receive them at the time of your agreement. See the Refund and cancellation policy.
Using the pathway assistant
The assistant gives general guidance based on our programme data. It can be wrong, and a counsellor reviews every pathway. Please:
- give true and complete answers; a plan is only as good as the information behind it
- verify your own WhatsApp number, not someone else's
- don't try to misuse the assistant, overload it, or make it produce content unrelated to studying in Malaysia

Your responsibilities
- The documents and information you give us must be genuine and accurate. We do not submit documents we believe are false or altered, and we stop working on a file if we find misrepresentation.
- Meet the deadlines that universities and EMGS set, and tell us about changes that affect your application.
- Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break into it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or interfere with how it works.
Content and intellectual property
The Career Gliders name, the 4A mark, and the text, design and images on this site belong to 12Nexus or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own study planning. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. University names and logos belong to the universities.
Links to other websites
We link to universities, EMGS and other official sources. We are not responsible for their content. Always check important details on the official site.
Our responsibility
We provide the site and our guidance with care, but "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by decisions of universities, EMGS, immigration authorities or other third parties, by changes to their fees or rules, or by information you gave us that was wrong. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, including the law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we have a disagreement, please write to us first at info@careergliders.com and we will try to resolve it. If we can't, the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
