In short: Career Gliders takes no money from students, so there is nothing for us to refund. Every fee is paid to a university or to one of our partners, and their own refund and cancellation policy applies. You receive that policy at the time of your agreement, before you pay anything.
Career Gliders takes no payments
Our guidance does not involve any payment to Career Gliders. Please never pay anyone who says they are collecting money for Career Gliders, and never pay an individual. If someone asks you to, tell us at info@careergliders.com.
Who you pay, and whose policy applies
- Universities: tuition, application fees and deposits are paid to the university. The university's own refund policy applies.
- Partners: fees paid to one of our partners, including the USD 500 consultation fee for public universities, follow that partner's refund and cancellation policy.
- Other organisations: EMGS visa fees, medical checks, insurance and accommodation deposits are paid to those organisations, under their own policies.
The refund policy that applies to you is given to you at the time of your agreement. Read it before you sign or pay, and ask your counsellor about anything that is unclear.
Asking for a refund
Send a refund request directly to the university or partner you paid. We can explain their policy and help you prepare the request, but we take no part in approving or refusing it.
Cancelling our guidance
You can stop working with us at any time, with no charge from Career Gliders. Tell your counsellor or write to info@careergliders.com. Cancelling with us does not cancel an application, a booking or a payment you have made to a university or partner; contact them directly.
