Malaysia charges a 6% service tax (SST) on tuition for international students. Most universities publish fees without it, so budget for it on top unless the note above says it is included.

General requirements
English: IELTS 6.0 (no band below 6.0) or PTE 50.
After 12 years of school (for example A-Levels or IB)
At least two International A-Level subjects (Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel or Oxford AQA) with minimum 5 points (A*=6, A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1); English: grade 4/C in GCSE/IGCSE English.
From Pakistan (FSc, ICS or another HSSC)
Pakistan Higher Secondary Certificate / Intermediate Certificate with at least an average of 75% of total marks (825 out of 1100). Separate evidence of English competence is required.
