Malaysia charges a 6% service tax (SST) on tuition for international students. Most universities publish fees without it, so budget for it on top unless the note above says it is included.

General requirements
English: programme requirement MUET Band 3.5; UUM's equivalence table lists MUET 3.5 = IELTS 5.0 = TOEFL iBT 40 = PTE 47. Pakistan is on UUM's list of countries with English-medium education systems. Applicants who do not meet the English requirement must take the English Preparatory Course (EPC).
From Pakistan (FSc, ICS or another HSSC)
Pakistan: pass in HSSC/Intermediate (HSC) with at least 60% / Grade B (programmes other than Accountancy and Law). Also: credit pass in Mathematics or equivalent and English Language.
